1. What Music Motion is
Music Motion Studio turns music and artwork you provide into audio-reactive music videos. It does not generate music. You keep ownership of the music, images and logos you upload.
2. Your content and rights
You may only upload content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for clearing rights to the music and images you render. You keep ownership of your source content. Starter and Creator include monetisation of videos for your own artist or brand. Studio additionally licenses paid commercial client work, agency delivery and work produced for third parties.
3. Plans and Render Points
Free costs £0 and includes a one-time 5 Render Point trial. Starter costs £4 per month, Creator costs £14 per month and Studio costs £39 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled before renewal. Final GPU renders consume Render Points; the exact cost is shown before you render. See the Refund Policy for failed renders and cancellations.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Music Motion to create content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Referral rewards
A referral is recorded when a new account registers through a valid creator link. The inviter and invited creator each receive 10 promotional Render Points only after the invited creator completes their first successful render. Rewards are not cash, expire after 12 months and cannot be transferred. Self-referrals, duplicate or automated accounts and other abuse do not qualify. We may pause future referral invitations, but already-issued valid RP remain subject to the normal Render Point rules.
6. Third-party names and trademarks
Third-party product and platform names are used only to identify publishing destinations, compatibility or independently reviewed workflows. Music Motion is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those providers. Adobe and After Effects are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
