Failed renders are refunded
Render Points are reserved when a render starts, not spent up front. If a server-side render fails, all reserved Render Points are automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged points for a render you didn't receive.
Monthly points vs. purchased packs
Monthly Render Points included with Starter, Creator and Studio refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. Render Point packs you buy separately are valid for 12 months and remain in your account even after you cancel a subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time before your renewal date; billing stops immediately for future cycles. After cancelling: purchased packs stay, monthly subscription points end with the cycle, your account and saved projects remain, and you can still download videos within their retention window.
How long videos are kept
Finished renders are available to download for a limited window after completion, then removed to respect storage and privacy. Download promptly and keep your own copy.
